How it works

From your results to where you fit.

Connect what you've already run. We compare it against communities of everyday runners and show you where you belong.

No training plan to follow. No prediction about your next race. Just a clear, honest picture of your journey set beside thousands of others like it.

The whole journey

Five steps, no guesswork.

Step 01

Connect results

Import from Garmin, Strava, Coros or parkrun.

Step 02

Compare cohorts

Set beside runners with a journey like yours.

Step 03

Find your fit

Meet the community you belong with.

Step 04

Explore evidence

Read the studies behind your cohort.

Step 05

See progress

Understand your trend — without prediction.

STEP 01

Import or connect your results.

Bring the running you've already done. Connect your account in a couple of taps, or import a file — your activities and race results flow in automatically.

You stay in control of what you share, and you can disconnect at any time. We do not sell personal information, identifiable athlete records, or individual running histories, and nothing you share is used to rank you against anyone.

STEP 02

Compare against meaningful cohorts.

Your numbers only mean something next to the right people. We group runners by journey — not just finishing time — so you're compared with athletes who train, race and progress like you do.

Beginners aren't measured against veterans. Weekend parkrunners aren't measured against marathon obsessives. Like with like, always.

STEP 03

Discover where you fit.

This is the moment the whole product is built around. Not a score — a place. You meet your cohort: the community of everyday runners whose journey looks like yours.

You see the people, the shared traits, the rhythm you have in common. The feeling we're after isn't "here are my numbers." It's "these are my people."

STEP 04

Explore the evidence studies.

Every cohort comes with reading. Open the studies behind your community — the observed patterns drawn from thousands of journeys like yours, written plainly with the method in full view.

No advice, no plans. Just what consistently happened, so you can make your own sense of it.

STEP 05

Understand progress — without prediction.

See how your journey has actually unfolded: the trend in your consistency, your fitness, your place within your cohort over time. All observed, all real.

What you won't find is a forecast. We will never tell you your "predicted race time" or what you should do next. The future stays yours to write.

Good questions

Before you connect.

Will you tell me my predicted finish time?

No — and we never will. Every number we show is observed: it already happened, to you or to the cohort you belong with. Prediction is the one thing we've decided not to do.

Who am I compared against?

Everyday runners with a journey like yours — matched by training rhythm, race history and progression, not just finishing time. Beginners are grouped with beginners, parkrunners with parkrunners. Never elite or sponsored athletes.

What can I connect?

Garmin, Strava, Coros and parkrun at launch, with more sources on the way. You can also import a file export. You choose what to share and can disconnect any source at any time.

Do I need to be fast to find a cohort?

Not at all. There's a community for every pace and every stage — first-timers, comeback runners, weekend parkrunners. The whole point is that everyone fits somewhere.
